Non-Ambulatory Residents

Approved for up to six non-ambulatory residents, with accommodations designed around safety and personalized care.

Bedridden Resident

The facility approval allows for one resident who may be bedridden.

Hospice Care Waiver

Hospice care waiver granted for up to six residents.

ALW

Assisted Living Waiver

Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) approved for qualified participants.
